The project was guided by a planning call and a detailed discovery and digital marketing strategy session to understand Hotgas’s customers, service model, and operational priorities.

Key areas of focus included:

  • Simplifying the site structure and menus to reduce confusion and make key pages easier to find
  • Clarifying customer pathways for learning about services, placing orders, and accessing safety information
  • Introducing clearer forms for new customer sign-ups and order requests
  • Expanding FAQs and self-serve content to help reduce repeat enquiries
  • Improving homepage layout with clear information sections for common actions and questions

All updates were designed to work with the existing website framework while making the experience cleaner, more intuitive, and easier to use.
